Carbon Electrode Paste (ECA) Carbon Electrode Paste is also manufactured using ECA coal and low softening point CTP is used by the Aluminium industry, Ferro-Alloy industry and calcium carbide industry as electrode in energy intensive furnaces or reduction cells. The paste gets baked with the heat generated by the electric current that passes through it while in process, forming hard compact and homogeneous block of carbon.
